Sheltered: Art Exhibit for Companion Animals at Risk

Please take a moment to view the art in this exhibition. A majority of the proceeds will go towards helping several deserving animal welfare groups. I’m thrilled to announce that my drawing of Fergie was accepted in this juried exhibition. All art will be available for sell or auction at Davis Arts Center in Davis, California beginning October 10th, 2014. The website is Fergie will be one of many works of art dedicated to the theme of animals and shelter. I would also like to mention author Charlene Logan Burnett coordinator of this exhibition, and the NorCal Collie Rescue in California whoSheltered: Art Benefit for Companion Animals at Riskse dedication to animals is an inspiration to me.

I am pleased to announce I am a recipient of a grant for the Regional Artist Project of Northwest North Carolina. I would like to thank Ashe County Arts Council for their choice to gift me with this grant.  I plan on using the much needed funds to help me get this little venture rolling.
